Managing Elderly Insomnia for Caregivers

When you are a caregiver that provides round the clock care, one of the issues you may have to deal with include helping an Elderly individual deal with Insomnia and sleep related issues.  Insomnia can be caused by a variety of factors included medication, anxiety/depression, chronic pain, and sedentary lifestyles that lack sufficient exercise.  So what have you done under circumstances where someone you are providing care for wakes up feeling agitated in the middle of the night?
